Genealogi Ethos Integritas di MAN 1 Yogyakarta: Warisan SGHA–PHIN, Sanksi Sosial, Sarasehan MPS, dan Literasi

Penelitian ini menelaah integritas sebagai ethos kelembagaan pada MAN 1 Yogyakarta dengan menempatkannya dalam genealogi historis SGHA dan PHIN serta manifestasinya pada praktik sosial-kultural madrasah kontemporer. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif berorientasi historis-reflektif. Data utama dikumpulkan melalui wawancara tertulis terstruktur dengan informan kunci yang memiliki pengalaman dan pengetahuan kelembagaan terkait transformasi SGHA–PHIN menjadi MAN, budaya integritas, serta forum partisipasi siswa melalui Sarasehan MPS. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif-tematik untuk merumuskan tema-tema utama dan menuliskannya dalam narasi interpretatif yang dekat dengan pernyataan informan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa transformasi kelembagaan dari SGHA (Sekolah Guru Hakim Agama)–PHIN (Pendidikan Hakim Islam Negeri) ke MAN menggeser mandat pendidikan, tetapi mempertahankan integritas sebagai nilai inti yang mengikat lintas aktor. Integritas ditegakkan melalui kombinasi mekanisme struktural dan kontrol sosial berbasis reputasi, termasuk konsekuensi atas pelanggaran yang memengaruhi akses kesempatan dan legitimasi kepemimpinan siswa. Sarasehan MPS mencerminkan integritas komunikatif melalui penyampaian aspirasi yang jujur dan santun, namun efektivitasnya bergantung pada tindak lanjut yang akuntabel. Budaya literasi dinilai perlu diperkuat sebagai pagar integritas akademik dan moral, terutama pada era GenAI. Studi ini menegaskan pentingnya keseimbangan antara ketegasan penegakan dan jalur pembinaan agar integritas tetap berfungsi sebagai proses pendidikan yang membentuk karakter.
