Analisis Kesetaraan Gender dalam Kepemimpinan Organisasi Santri Keagamaan (Osaka) MAN PK MAN 1 Yogyakarta

Kepemimpinan dalam organisasi kerap dilekatkan pada konstruksi sosial yang bias gender, di mana laki-laki dipersepsikan lebih layak memimpin dibandingkan perempuan. Pandangan ini tidak terlepas dari ketidaksetaraan gender yang telah mengakar dalam struktur sosial, termasuk di lingkungan pendidikan. Padahal, secara kapasitas dan kompetensi, perempuan memiliki potensi kepemimpinan yang setara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana prinsip kesetaraan gender dipertimbangkan oleh murid MAN PK MAN 1 Yogyakarta dalam memilih pemimpin Organisasi Santri Keagamaan (OSAKA). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier untuk menguji pengaruh gender terhadap preferensi kepemimpinan murid. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas murid MAN PK MAN 1 Yogyakarta yang terlibat dalam proses pemilihan kepemimpinan OSAKA. Data dikumpulkan melalui instrumen kuesioner yang disusun berdasarkan indikator persepsi kepemimpinan dan kesetaraan gender. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip kesetaraan gender telah terinternalisasi dalam proses pemilihan pemimpin OSAKA. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa gender tidak menjadi faktor dominan dalam menentukan pilihan kepemimpinan, melainkan kompetensi, tanggung jawab, dan kemampuan kepemimpinan calon pemimpin. Penelitian ini menegaskan pergeseran pola pikir murid menuju perspektif kepemimpinan yang lebih inklusif dan egaliter. Secara teoretis, temuan ini memperkuat wacana kesetaraan gender dalam kepemimpinan pendidikan Islam, sekaligus menunjukkan bahwa institusi pendidikan memiliki peran strategis dalam membangun kesadaran gender yang adil dan transformatif.
